Argumate ("the Platform") is operated by Mikhail Kalinin, Individual Entrepreneur ("we", "us", "our"). Argumate is a platform for structured intellectual debates with an AI-powered judge. Users present arguments in real time, and an AI system evaluates them based on logic, evidence quality, and rhetorical structure.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Argumate. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

Argumate offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except as described in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
The Platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Mikhail Kalinin, Individual Entrepreneur. Content you create during debates (arguments, positions) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and process it for the purposes of operating the Platform, including AI analysis and public archive display.
The Platform uses AI to structure arguments, score debates, and provide verdicts. AI outputs are not professional advice and should not be treated as such. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fairness of AI-generated assessments.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikhail Kalinin, Individual Entrepreneur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of reputation, or interruption of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
