You may cancel your Argumate subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain accessible until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly). After that, your account reverts to the free tier.
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have not actively used paid features during that period. "Active use" includes participating in debates with premium AI features (fact-checking, deep research, AI coaching).
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion, taking into account the circumstances and usage of the service.
To request a refund, email us at kalinin.mikhail.nlp@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
