- Debate content: arguments, positions, and voice recordings you submit during debates
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, debate history, and performance analytics
- Payment data: subscription tier, billing period, and transaction identifiers (full payment details are handled by Paddle and never stored on our servers)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, collected automatically
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and operate the Platform, including AI-powered debate analysis
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Display your debates in the public archive (arguments only, not personal data)
- Calculate ratings, leaderboards, and analytics
- Improve our AI models and platform experience
- Send important service communications (account, billing, policy changes)
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following services as necessary to operate the Platform:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
- Paddle — payment processing for subscriptions
- Deepgram — speech-to-text processing of voice input
- OpenRouter (GLM-5) — AI-powered argument structuring
- Google AI (Gemini) — AI scoring, fact-checking, and verdicts
- Vercel — application hosting
Each provider processes data only as necessary for its function. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and debate history as long as your account is active. Completed debates are kept in the public archive. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed, though anonymized debate content may remain in the archive.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing (which may require account deletion)
